For 2010, Paul used a Bogner Alchemist 212 & extension cab. Now he's back on a new improved Engl Screamer 50w head, with a Marshall 1960A and Palmer PDI-03 Speaker Simulator. Also visible in the above line up is Paul's Mark Acoustic AC101 amp.

PRS and Gibson Guitars, each one fitted with "Strings"(TM) ; Taylor nylon classical NS32CE; Yamaha 12-string acoustic ; "Terminator 2" featuring M-Brace guitar holder.

Pedal board "GSV Big Sexy Beast" built by The Nonsense Factory, geared up with Hughes & Kettner Tube Factor, BlackStar HT Dual, Boss BF3 Flanger, Ibanez CS9 Chorus, MXR Phase 90, ToadWorks Mr Squishy, Line 6 DL4 delay, Rothwell F1 Booster, Morley wah/volume, Korg PitchBlack tuner, controlled by Carl Martin Octaswitch and custom switching and power. And lots of lights. And fans. There must be cooling fans...

"A snowdog writes ..."

"Being in 7/4, playing pinched harmonics on unexpected syncopations: "great". I seem to be stepping on my pedal train (or is it Dean's fills?) to use lush chorus, delay sounds more than ever. Its like rubbing your bump and patting your head at the same time, although watching Pod balancing on one leg makes my job look easy.

"Yes, I love what I do, playing guitar with two of the best musos around, playing the music of my all time favourite band. Pseudo-reggae, to baroque style classical guitar to mythical lyrics covered with a liberal coating of rock. Having always been a Rush anorak, and seeing the band many times over the years, collecting all their artistry, it is time for us as a three piece to go out and play classic Rush.
